For quite a number of years now, digitalization has been a mantra, and it has gradually revolutionized the different aspects of our lives, in our work, in the public domain and privately. The shift is going so fast that "slow runners" like many elderly people cannot keep up. The same concerns relevant regulations and rules which require time consuming political processes. An example of the latter is the European “New Legislative Framework” as reported in the first article below.
