USA is the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) the federal authority for regulating communications by radio, television, wire, internet, Wi-Fi, satellite, and cable across the country. Update on market access requirements in African countries
This overview highlights recent regulatory developments affecting Type Approval of telecom and radio equipment in several African markets. Both Algeria, Kenya, Eswatini, and Cameroon have now updated their approval requirements in various ways.
In June last year, the Korean standards association KSA and Nemko Group AS entered into a strategic agreement to secure the reliability of AI technology and commercialize certification services for this.It was the first step to establish global certification standards for artificial intelligence and starting joint both local and international promotion of the AI Trust Mark service developed by Nemko Digital.
